While Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 do not have any dedicated accessibility features for blind gamers, nor are there scripts to make them accessible, there's a massive Black 2 and White 2 walkthrough that a user by the name of RedIsPoetic posted to Gamespot. The directions are not specifically meant for blind gamers, but they are very detailed and is a comprehensive guide for just about any question you may have about the game.
